Chop Care doesnt even deserve one star. The receptionists are completely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had a high fever that persisted for over a week, and everytime I called them to make a sick appointment they said they were overbooked and that fevers usually last that long, and to give her a fever reducer and wait it out. Eventually it got to the point where she felt a sharp pain in her side everytime she breathed. After telling them this, they finally took us in and said she had a UTI, which was a completely wrong diagnosis. A few days later, with no results and a child in constant pain and agony, they call back and tell her to stop taking the antibiotics because they werent helping. And why is that? Because she had an obvious kidney infection that they completely overlooked because these people are incompetent.

I have to say I am surprised by the comments below stating that the admins at the office are rude. As I have never encoutered that when dealing with the staff. I moved to this office after having problems with my last doctor and I am so happy I did. They have been great with taking care of my son. Whenever, I call with a question on my son being sick they call right back and give me guidance or bring him in for an appointment. I recently had a baby and have been going to the office more often. The only negative I can say is that the office is busy you may have to wait a bit for a well child check but not for a sick visit. As far as waiting that was notated below, I have never waited over an hour to be seen. They are so on top of the schedule.

I am very displeased with them. They claim my son has allergies to certain meds....I do not know where they got this from. Its hard to get through to anyone. Some of their policies are ridiculous. I called them today for a doctor to sign the forms so my son can be administered his meds at school. I do this every year. I have always faxed them over and they have been faxed back directly to the school nurse the same day. Today, I am now required to drive to office and drop the forms off, because they are now saying they cant be faxed. On top of that I have to wait 5 days and pay $5- for each form. It is also near impossible to schedule a normal check up for my son.

I am absolutely horrified by the lack of professionalism, respect, and compassion from this office. While treating people like they are nothing, like they are stupid, and like they are incompetent, they themselves seem to be unable to manage their high volume of patients. I dont care if you see 12,000 babies a year (as my doctor repeatedly told me), that does not excuse negligence or a lack of informed consent on the part of a parent who is making decisions about the well-being of her child. I am absolutely appalled and will spread the word as far and wide as I can.

We have been taking our daughter here for the past 4 years and my son the past year and half here! The receptionist are wonderful girls! They are always so helpful, patient and friendly! The nurses are wonderful and Dr. Yin is very thorough! Even other doctors who we see if its a sick visit are very good! Im not sure about all these negative reviews! But we have never waited on hold, or for our appointments or prescriptions! Everything has always been professional and just an overall great experience!

Wait times are ridiculous. Expect 20 to 40 minutes wait times after your scheduled appointment time. The receptionists are rude and seem bothered by questions. They have the office separated for those that are sick but it is not even remotely enforced. You will spend more time with the nurses then the doctors.

My daughters have been going here for 10years. This place is absolutely horrible. They never answer the phone and make you wait hours for them to call in prescriptions. This time were changing to another practice. If you care about your child, youll look somewhere else.

The doctors are great but the women at the front desk NEVER answer the phone. It is horrific trying to get through for anything. I have also witnessed them chatting away and not answering the phones but rather just letting it go to voicemail. very unprofessional
