So disappointed in this practice! We chose this office, because they were part of the CHOP network. We had one issue with care and it was handled very poorly. At my daughters 12 month vaccinations, the nurse insisted they be given in her arm. When I expressed my concern I was dismissed and bullied into allowing her to give the shots in her arm. As a first time mom, I was understandably upset. My husband, who is a doctor himself, was also present and very upset by the ordeal. When we reached out to the office, we were dismissed, so we contacted CHOP patient relations. Finally, Dr Napoli, who we dont usually see, called us and told us that giving shots in the arm was common practice at 12 months and we must have had a "personality issue" with the nurse. When my husband questioned this practice, which is not recommended routinely according to AAP and CDC guidelines, he was dismissed and we were told if we had concerns about the vaccinations to get titers drawn. Later that day they locked us out of our MyCHOP account!!! This practice shouldnt be allowed to be affiliated with CHOP. Theyre unprofessional and potentially putting young children at risk with their outdated practices!

Dr. Napoli has such a calm and soothing demeanor and is who we typically request to see. Hes very thorough and gave great recommendations for having our daughters tongue tie corrected and more recently screening for a clicking sound in her hip. Drs. Fendrick and Tyler are very personable as well, weve just mainly interacted with Dr. Napoli but would trust all 3 for our care.

I loved both of the doctors there. It is easy to schedule an appointment, no waiting times, everyone is friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable. The facility is focussed on detecting medical issues, so its more serious and testing oriented. The treatment is often based on mainstream medication practices. Worked well for our kids!

The two more senior physicians there are excellent. The newer physician, dr Taylor, is nice but not very knowledgeable about young babies. Shed be great for older kids. The wait times can be long which is tough but the staff are very nice. I never feel rushed during an appointment.
