Updated: Ive been calling for the last 4 days, multiple times a day, at different hours, NO RESPONSE. Calls are not being answered. I left a message 2 weeks ago and no one ever called me back. Switching to another pediatrician, which is unfortunate because we really like her doctor. My husband and I really like our daughters pediatrician. She is thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. The staff are helpful although not extremely congenial. I dont usually have a problem getting a sick appointment. However, the process to get a sick appointment is a DRAG especially after hours. You call and ask for a sick appointment, provide your childs info and symptoms. You are then told your information is sent to a nurse and then you wait for the nurse to return your call. If you miss the return call, you start the process all over again. This is inconvenient especially when you are dealing with a sick child. The on-call nurses, with one exception, have been nice, informative, and helpful. Pros: Doctors are great. Cons: the process of getting a sick appointment can be frustrating.

Ive been trying to schedule my 1yr old and 5yr old sons appointments for days and when I finally get ahold of someone they tell me that an appointment isnt available until the end of April. Its February 6th which is totally unexceptble for a new born who needs his yr old shots. I am very upset that the lady didnt even know how to answer my questions or help me further so I just told her Im done with this call and for getting have a nice day. I am a very upset parent because my oldest son have been there since he was born and I like it that way but I have never had to experience this long wait for an appointment. PLEASE CHANGE BACK THE POLICY AND FINISH HELPING OUT US WORKING SINGLE PARENTS!

The front desk and lab area are so rude and ghetto. Its so uncomfortable in there until you get to the back which is the complete opposite from the front ! Its no reason to have people working like that being nasty in a childs environment. The front desk people act as if they are in a high school classroom , the lab area is slow and obviously have no experience with what theyre doing. I would not recommend bringing your kids here unless you dont mind dealing with that kind of environment. Place needs to be cleaned out and a whole new staff hired smh

The doctors and nurses are wonderful but the customer service is very bad . The receptionists ladies are very very rude and dont know how to talk to moms . I had bad experience with them multiple times and it makes me angry and sad at the same time. please do something about that , maybe more training may help. The only raison why Im not going somewhere else is the doctors the are awesome, I love them all , very kind. So the rate is 3 stars for me until the reception get better.

The worst place ever for quality customer service. I had been going here for years. Dont bother trying to make an appointment because they never answer the phones. Yes you read that correctly. I called over 20 times over the span of two days. The front desk staff are very rude as well. They will schedule appointments when your doctors arent even there. Attitudes are high and overall care for patients are low. If I could be switched else where I would be there now.

Love the center and the staff, but they realy need to get better with the apointment wait time. You are not seen right away. The apointments are made to close together. I wait because I love my kids peditrician she is the BEST. My son has been a patient there for almost 13 years. If his dr was to say she was leaving the practice I would definately follow her. CHOP hires the best of the best.

Front office staff can be rude and short. Ive visited other Primary Care offices with my nephews and received much better customer service skills. I dont think that the calls are monitored by the way that some representatives speak to people. I stay because my sons pediatrician is awesome!

Went to pick up a form and thank god its da last time I visit this place. I moved and switched to Drexel Hill. The front office staff are so rude, they talk to you all hostile. But when you get to the back the doctors and nurses are so nice. They need a clean house to the front.

My daughter has been attending this Practice since birth , shes now 5 years old . Ive never had a problem regarding anything .. dont get me wrong wait time on the phone can be a bit much, sometimes it forces you to hang up and not wanna try again
