Ive been at this practice for many years, only having to go occasionally, and although Dr. Garret and Dr. Taylor are good, this practice does not understand what it takes to run an efficient business; the phones not operating, physical appointment wait time-over 4 months out (for CURRENT patients), no e-mail capabilities to send forms, and no waitlist for potential cancellations (because everyone has time to call every day to see if they can get an appointment, right?). I cant imagine all of the internal business operations running even remotely proficient if the "customer" or patient facing side looks like this. Move to the next doctors office, b/c if their operations are like this on the outside, imagine how your medical records are being handled on the inside.

I used to go here when I was in my teens and had a visit or two in my early 20s, and from what I recall I loved it. It has been many many years since I have been there, too long, so I wanted to get an appointment to be checked out and I was told I had to wait until October for a new patient visit. (it is early July) The lady was very quick with me on the phone like she didnt care, didnt say sorry, and didnt try to work with me, even when I said I was just going to look somewhere else. I mean I get they might be busy, but can you treat me like a human being, not like a robot? At least apologize for not being able to see me for 3 freaking months not act like you couldnt care less.

Apparently there were issues with the phone lines for quite a while. That was unfortunate, but the staff and doctors here have been and continue to be great. No complaints. Ive been a patient for many years, and now I trust my children to their excellent care.

how does a dr office run if the phone doesnt work? I have been calling for 7 days to get an appointment and it rings busy, I called the MainLineHealth main number, they told me the office was having phone issues. Ridiculous.

Thursday I called 62 times between 8:30 and 1:12 and only got a busy signal my doc is good but this is just ridiculous

Whoever answers their phone is insensitive and arrogant. I would not recommend this practice because of the staff.
