I wouldnt see Rachel Smith if my life depended on it. She discriminates against people that are overweight. A number of people, including myself were refused an appointment. She refused to see us at all because we are all overweight. That is literally one of the first things they ask when you call about an appointment. I gained weight after a serious injury. I continue to work a very hectic schedule and between the pain and the schedule, I have slowly gained weight over 7 years. I want to get back into better shape and have tried to change my eating habits so that I can get to a point where I can actually exercise. Disgusting how society discriminates against anyone for anything. But for a doctor to do it. It is reprehensible. I would see Rachel Smith now if my lift depended on it. And I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. Her attitude and behavior is offensive. Dont give her your money.

How can I ever thank Delaware Back and Pain of Smyrna Back and Pain Center. I had a very bad accident earlier this year and the staff and Drs. are so kind and caring. I should know, I am a health care worker. Their bed side manner is tops and the service five stars. If you want a caring Christian atmosphere, and excellent care at its finest they are the best in their field, with Dr. Ennis. Dr. Swamanathan,Dr. Smith,Dr.McKenzie and their wonderful receptionist Nancy and Nicole. Thank you for all the support and uplifting in such a diffulcut time. Dee Steeves Marydel, Maryland.

Dr Rude, they do discriminate, I had to get my file from the, Dr Nathan didnt have any of his notes correct, my pain meds that he was informed of were not correct, he seemed to cater more towards others , you could hear him through the wall talking to another patient, he walked out on me didnt say anything, I sat there thinking he was coming back, after about 10 min, I asked the girl is he done, he was done didnt say thank you, kiss my ass or nothing just walked out and the appointment was over.
