This office is TERRIBLE. The staff is rude, unhelpful, does not return sick calls (2 experiences), does not timely transfer records (over a month when we finally tried to transfer), and you can anticipate at least a one hour wait. One time we visited and the waiting room (for a 9 am appointment) was DISGUSTING. My 2 year old was finding all kinds of food, etc. and the staff explained "our cleaning person quit, LAST WEEK." (PICK UP A BROOM? TAKE OUT THE TRASH?) The worst part is that the physicians are clearly knowledgeable and have a fair rapport with children. However, the terrible experiences I have had with the office as a whole make me loathe to ever recommend this pediatricians office.

The doctors are great, but the wait times are ridiculous, you wait in the waiting room close to an hour and once your called back you wait close to another hour for the doctor to come in for 5 mins and your done, we transferred to this office because our old doctor was too far, thinking about switching back because the drive would be better then waiting a total of 2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes

The office does everything else well, but expect to wait once you arrive. We have made first of the day appointments, mid morning and afternoon. We have yet to be seen in less than 45 minutes. If they figure out a way to meet their appointment schedule, I would recommend this place to anyone.
