True Heart

I was seen by one of their NPs and was told nothing was wrong with me. This provider would not evn listen to my symptoms. I went to Lordes the very next day about to faint and I was diagnose with Pneumonia !! Dont try to ask the front office any questions, they will ignore you and yreat you like scum. The back office team are very rude and act like they dont have the time of day for you. They treat people like robots. Their service is as though they are at some volunteer job and do not want to give service. They are unkind and not professional.

Wife had an infection in one of her fingers, went to our GP at Endwell Family Physicians, he wouldnt even look at it, said she would be referred to a hand specialist. She went to Guthrie Vestal, no apptmnt, walked in & Dr Choi took immediate care of her. Opened up the infected area, found a large splinter that had been festering, removed it & sewed it up. Needless to say, we are going to switch GP providers.

I accompanied my fiance to a drug screening he needed to undergo for a part time job this summer. We were treated like unwelcome drug addicts. I was not even allowed to stand next to him while he signed in. Disgusting service.
