Save your money. The main thing that attracted me to this doctor was that I can get in very quickly but I regret it. The office is very nice, staff are very friendly. I, however, cannot say anything positive for Ryan Light as he was very condescending. He came into the room and as I was talking, he kept saying "mhm" every three seconds. He rarely gave me any eye contact and downplayed my symptoms as if they were nothing. He looked very agitated and the more I kept talking about my medical history with, notably Sentara, he looked at me like I was stupid. I felt like I was wasting his time as he was keen on rushing me. It was, without a doubt a horrible experience. It doesnt matter how many degrees you have, when you lack professionalism and compassion for a patient, you should not be a doctor. I will not be going back.

I have never come to this doctors office and sat less than an hour. No matter what time you make an appointment, expect to sit in the lobby or the doctors office for at least 45 minutes. Dont tell me I have an appointment at 11 if Im not going to be seen until almost noon. Irresponsible and disrespectful to my time. 0 stars if I didnt have to select one star.

By far one of the most friendly and caring doctors out there. Clearly the bad reviews were because of patient inconsitency because I wait not even 20min everytime I go and they take care of me like family and theres nothing that can beat that!
