My experience with Tamarack Hills Dentistry was unlike any other. I had started a go-fund me page for my grandma who had been saving for years to get her teeth fixed, only to have it all stolen from her one day. She is on fixed income and could barely afford to put food on the table let alone get two almost rotting teeth fixed that required crowns at about a cost of $2,400. It took her five years just to save the $400 that was stolen from her. Dr. Matha reached out to us and told her to come in for a free consultation. She did. He told her he would "work with her" on the cost. She assumed it would be a payment plan. Little did she know Dr. Matha was planning to treat her Pro-Bono. The week before her procedure I broke the remarkable news to her. She was flooding in tears of gratefulness and beyond overjoyed. She was crying to me saying " oh my Madison, there are still good people in this world, nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life." My grandma now has a beautiful smile again after all of these years of agonying pain. Dr. Matha is a complete life changer with a heart of pure gold. What an amazing soul and dentist he is! I couldnt recommend him & Tamarack Hills Dentistry enough. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful ! Thank you so much for changing my grandmas life, God bless you all!!!

When it was discovered our insurance could now be taken at THFD, I switched our whole family to Dr. Mathas office. Since we had prior experience with Dr. Matha, I had complete trust and faith in him for us to make the move to his practice. Our daughter saw Dr. Howley for a routine exam/cleaning and a cavity was found, her first. She returned for a follow up visit for the filling and was very comfortable and at ease with how everyone handled her experience. Dr. Howleys bio on the website sums it up best, "He takes an undivided interest in the comfort an needs of each of his patients and holds himself to a high level of care in his work." High level of care and undivided interest INDEED! All the staff we have encountered here have been friendly, helpful, professional and never make you feel rushed. On the initial visit, Justine welcomed us with a big smile and explained all the answers to my MANY questions, thank you. Thank you to Dr. Howley and the rest of the staff. And a big thank you to you Dr. Matha for having this office as a choice for us to go to. I highly recommend Tamarack Hills Family Dentistry to everyone!

I was extremely impressed by the technology used at my appointment. The high level of accuracy was very cool! The pictures they took showed a green and red color to show me exactly where the decay was located in my teeth! So they make it dummy proof so you can actually understand why you need a filling :-) With past dentists I just had to take their word that I needed a filling, but with Dr. Avi I feel confident knowing that Im making the right choice because I can see it for myself! They also used a professional Canon camera to take pictures of each angle of my mouth...I felt like It was better than the 360 degree xrays you get before you get braces. At the end of our appointment he went through all of the pictures with me so I clearly understood where I needed work. Dr. Avi was very patient and great at explaining things to me. Ashley the dental assistant was very comforting and bubbly :-) Overall I had a great experience! I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!

Dr. Avi and his entire staff are amazing and so helpful and accomodating! When I recently called in a panic after my 7-year old fell and severely chipped a front (and permanent!) tooth, they were able to get him in the next day and put him at ease that his tooth was going to be OK. Additionally, Dr. Avi built it back up to look beautiful and my little guy isnt self conscious about it! All three of my kiddos enjoy going to the dentist (weird!) because the staff is so friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. And, the office really caters to a kids desire with their iPads, cool techology, and TVs, making their experiences very friendly. Even I, who have been extremely reluctant to major work or changes, have become a patient of Dr. Avis and couldnt be happier with the changes hes made to my smile. I highly recommend Tamarack Hills Family Dentistry to anyone...from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, this team truly cares and makes you feel welcome!!!

My first time going to Tamarack Hills was fantastic! I was able to get in for an emergency appointment the same day I called. I got a text confirmation for my appointment (super helpful) and the staff even gave me a call when the appointment ahead of me cancelled so I could get in even earlier! I found out that my tooth need to be taken out, I kind of freaked out since I am one of those people with and irrational fear of the dentist. The staff were nothing but encouraging, supportive, and patient with me. They reassured me and were able to complete the extraction, the process was both physically and emotionally painless. Dr. Matha did a fantastic job, my coworkers were impressed the next day and couldnt believe that I wasnt swollen. I have found my new dentist and recommend the Tamarack Hills Family Dentistry team to anyone!

I can not say enough good things about Tamarack Family Dentistry. Over three days, I brought my six children in to see Dr. Howley. I was prepared for tears and pandemonium. What I found instead was an amazing practice, and our new dentist! The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly, and treated my family with patience and kindness. Something Im not used to with six kids. Dr. Howley was wonderful with all of them. We never had to wait to be seen. A few of my kiddos needed work done, including extractions, and were actually excited to go back and see him. I have since left our pediatric dentist for Dr. Howley. He did so well with them, and they felt no pain, anxiety, or discomfort! In short, If youre looking for a new dentist for your family, look no further than Tamarack Family Dentistry!

I just had two implants placed and would like to say my experience was very positive. Tamarack Hills Family Dentistry has great equipment and technology at their service. They start by taking an impression of the teeth and a panoramic x-ray of the bone structure. These are forwarded to a lab were drilling guides are built to exact specifications. The guides were placed over the bone and both implants were inserted in just over an hour. Sutures were performed and twenty four hours later my mouth is feeling comfortable. Dr. Matha and Shelly (his assistant) exude confidence which is reflected in the quality of their work. I look forward to the completion of the installation (abutments and crowns) and the ability to chew food on the right side of my mouth; ridding myself of the partial plate I currently wear.

I am so impressed with Dr. Matha and his staff. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and professional. I needed to have a lot of work completed on my teeth and needed to try a new dentist. Office is easily located, very clean and high-tech. I appreciated how Dr. Matha explained all the work I needed on my teeth at my first visit and let me decide how much or little to do. I had all treatments completed because he was able to take care of many teeth in a few appointments. So happy I finally found a highly-skilled dentist who takes time in his explanations and treatments, has professional and skilled staff, and has created a comfortable setting. He is also great with my kids! A true family dentist.
