Very unprofessional in many ways. I brought my special needs daughter who recently turned 21 to one of their female gynecologists. After the exam my daughter got dressed, the nurse told us to have a nice day and we left. The doctor never told us to wait, that she had a prescription for blood work and wanted to talk to us. Several times she flew in and out of the room. We got home and I found s message in my answering machine from the doctor telling us all of this. I called back immediately but kept getting the same stupid recording telling us our call was very important and to keep holding. This was around 4:30 pm. I checked their hours on my mobile phone and found out they close at 4:30 pm after holding on the landline phone for over a half hour! Now what? The last time we were there we had a 2:30 pm appointment and waited until 3:00 pm before getting up and leaving because not only did no one come out to apologize for the wait, they didnt like the fact I was annoyed! Try showing up a half hour late to an appointment. They would never see you, but its ok for them to do that. Totally unprofessional.

Im a patient at this clinic. Front desk staffs are very rude and they never answer the phone. By gods blessings if u get a appointment u have to go to the clinic for at least 2-3 hours because they take sooo long and make u wait and wait.....im very disappointed with there service who ever is in charge should take actions and make it faster at service and those front desk staff has some attitude thats needs to be fixed. They should be more polite and helpful to patients.

The front desk staff are very RUDE! If u leave a message for the doctor, u have to wait days before they return your call....and if u call to make an appointment they will give u something thats after a week n by that time u will probably end up at the ER. The wait time is toooooo Long....you have to take a day off WORK if u have an appointment.

Try and get an appointment,they keep you holding the phone you never get to speak to anyone, it takes a month or so to get an appointment. Nobody has a clue about what theyre doing good luck.

Optimus has improved dramatically over the past year. Customer service is amazing and the staff is very helpful. Phone service has improved.
