Terrible experience. I dont think they understand the concepts of "the appointment" or common courtesy as the idea of just greeting someone seems foreign to them. I will never return to that Quest facility. They dont know what theyre doing and customer service is foreign, but if you do decide to go, dont bother making an appointment - its meaningless. Theyll take you back when they feel like it.

There is NOTHING more annoying than an automated phone system that cannot understand what youre saying and will not transfer you to a real person!!! I could not make an appointment on the phone. No idea how to make an appointment since there seems to be no other option!!
