They charged me up front out of pocket the full amount rather than the co-pay, causing lots of confusion with my health insurance. They explained at the time that this process is what was negotiated with my health insurance. The labs sent to Quest Diagnostics were mixed up and delayed so many days that some of the tests were not performed due to age of specimen. When requesting they do the tests again they would only do the tests again if they charged me again. The explanation to me was that Quest Diagnostics has nothing to do with PhysicianOne, and new labs would require seeing the physician which will only happen if I pay again. The person at the desk explained to me "Im just doing my job".

I went to Ridgefield Urgent Care last Friday early evening. I came down with an infection and, of course, my doctor couldnt see me until the middle of the following week. This was my first visit to this office and, quite honestly, I would go back if I needed to be seen quickly. Dr. Bernd Woerner was the physician that saw me and was excellent. He knew exactly what I needed and took care of me immediately. Dr. Woerner was friendly, professional, and attentive. I cant thank him enough for making, what would have been the start to a horrible weekend, so much better. The office staff billed my insurance as well, which was great. Im grateful beyond words.

Ive been here many times and always have a great experience. But this last visit in particular the entire staff went above and beyond. I checked in online and had a phone call minutes after clarifying information only to find out what I needed was going to cost a good amount of money, but the patience of the receptionist and nurse working together came up with an alternate way and it was covered by insurance. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor Mary all went above beyond not only to treat me professionally as a patient but as to be kind and treat me like a person. Its a great medical facility and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I cant say enough good things about the care I received today at PhysicianOne Urgent Care. I was greeted immediately, taken back by one of the nurses within a few minutes of arriving and then seen by the Dr within a few minutes of that. They were all so kind, caring, and considerate. I will definitely return for any future urgent care needs and will most definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family members. Thank you Dr. Zayas & staff for bringing back the "care" that is so desperately needed in the medical field today!

10! I want to say thank you to every one yesterday. I had cut my finger very deeply and as a dentist, who does surgeries and have one on Monday on a neighbor of mine, I was worried and concerned. Lydia at the desk got me in right away as I was bleeding. The triage nurse and PA Mary was kind, quick and painless. It was my first visit to Urgent Care and I was truly impressed by the kindness and compassion of the entire staff. The owners of this place is very lucky to have employees like this!! I give Physicians One Urgent care 5 stars! The staff were kind, courteous and very compassionate and I loved Dr. Gordon! He has an amazing bedside manner and is definitely very knowledgeable, especially in Trauma! He made the right call to send me to the hospital via ambulance, especially since I didnt want to go because Im a nurse......he had a comforting and reassurance way about him that made me reconsider! The sevice, triage and assessment was expedient! Cant thank them enough!

Quick, efficient, and helpful. I really liked the use of technology to make an appointment and do pre-check in yet NO technology when interacting with the patient i.e. computer in the examining room. My healthcare professionals focused on me and the reason I was there rather than staring at a screen. Great overall experience considering I needed to see a doctor on a Sunday.

I highly recommend physician one urgent care because they treat you with respect and dignity despite your ethnicity they are very profesional. I had a bad experience in other doctors offices if they see you from a different ethnicity they treat you like garbage is so disappointed that people like that will work around people especially in health care!!!

Ive been here a number of times and Ive been treated by at least three different doctors. They were all courteous, thorough and extremely professional. They always follow up with you at home and I feel like theyve always given me the best care possible. Im always satisfied when I leave.

Excellent experience. Arrived at 0750 and was first one there. Saw a friendly, seasoned physician who adeptly diagnosed my respiratory condition. Asked the right questions and balanced serious inquiry with a touch of friendly levity. In and out with prescriptions in 20 minutes!
