This was by far one of the worst experiences at a minute clinic yet. I wanted for over 45 mins to be seen. I was so sick, I had a mild fever, cronic cough, and was totally congested from nose to chest. The "doctor" took forever to just fill out the paperwork before being able to even seen what was going on with me, to find out that I had a "fever and common cold". It took 2 hours to figure that out and to perscribe me OVER THE COUNTER medication to make me feel better. HORRIBLE!! Go figure she was very, VERY wrong......big waste of time. I was worse the next morning, went to the Urgent Medical Care Walk-In Center across the street in Riverside with real doctors that care about your health, they saw me in 25 minutes and I had a serious sinus infection by this point and bronchitus due to not getting antibiotics. Dont waste your time or money at CVS Minute Clinic in Riverside.....

Terrible clinic, worst of this kind. Super long wait time. I think you need at least plan 60-90 minutes wait time before you can see the door opens. The doctor is slow too and didnt give accurate answer about wait time (youd better at least double the time she gives you). Believe it or not, I wait close to 90 mins while she told me 40 mins wait. I ends up waiting close to 2 hours and left without service. What a complete waste of time! If you can, dont go there. I dont have actual medical service there so I can not judge medical expertise, but more than 2 hours wait time with only 1 people before me has enough for me to think this is HourClinic instead of MinuteClinic. One star and I will never go back.

I had a really bad experience coming here. Minute clinic lady Zara or whatever ran a bunch of tests on me after asking questions for 30 minutes. She concluded that I wasnt sick and should go home to rest. I went in last Sunday morning with a temperature, cold sweats, and the worst sore throat Ive ever had. I scheduled an appointment with my main doctor the next day, he completely contradicted EVERYTHING she said, immediately wrote me a prescription for a z pack and a throat spray. Do not go to this lady... she is rude, a terrible doctor, and has no clue what shes doing.

I needed an immunization to attend college but the nurse at the location is some sort of anti-vaccine fanatic and did not want to give me the vaccine. She argued with everything I told her and called me a liar about some of my past vaccinations. I dont think nurse practitioners working at a Minute Clinic should be insisting that people dont need vaccines. She shouldnt even be in healthcare.

A quick and easy and responsible service. I needed to renew and refill an expired prescription. I was seen in a timely fashion, had an easy medical review, and got the prescription I needed filled then and there. They accepted my insurance. No fuss, no muss. I wouldnt use them for major illness, but for minor things like prescription refills and the the like, this clinic is great.

Very disorganized and slow with flu shots. Went to MinuteClinic sign in area, where they told me to go to the pharmacy counter. Pharmacy checked my insurance and told me to go back to the Minute Clinic. Then I waited 30 minutes before I was told they were taking a lunch break early. Your better bet is Walmart for free flu shots.

The clinic itself is good, but their phone number leads you to a national hotline where the people who answer the phone are not trained and cannot give accurate information.

Took 90 min break instead of 60 posted. Seemed in no hurry. Pathetic place.i have so far spent 2 hr waiting to be seen.
