Let me start by saying that my wife has been using this practice for over 5 years, and wont be going back. Were pregnant, and it happens to be about 45 min from home, but 1.5 hrs from my work, so we decided to switch to a more central/convienient location. When we were potential pregnancy/delivery customers, we were treated really well, dr mortman was cool, told us the process, and just seemed like a nice guy....then we told them we were switching locations, which is when things were handled just unprofessionally. No good luck, no handshake, just stopped talking, turned around, and left us with the receptionist. Then we needed records sent to our new provider (which could of been handed to us in retrospect)they said they would take care of it once we have an appointment in Rhinebeck. Fast forward one week, files arent sent, and we call, and they said that they thought we were still unsure about switching and then told theres a $25 fee to fax the records over....Its not the money, its the principle. We told them we were switching, not debating.

I too had a terrible experience with the front staff and nursing at this practice. Asking to speak with a doctor is like asking for the wizard of oz. They treat you as though you are some kind of imbecile for not checking your status on their online portal as though actually discussing test results with your doctor in person is unheard of (especially when the last thing the Dr. told me was that I should be getting a call by Tuesday, July 11th due to the holiday) and I must be part of their cattle heard if I want to be seen/treated here. I am NOT a robot and will no longer deal with this practice and I shall move onto a practice with people at the front who not only remember me after 7 years but treat me with the respect i deserve as a paying customer. I will be joining at least 5-7 of my friends who have already left this practice due to the same issues. Never again will I be treated with such disdain from people I am paying a service for.

Saw them through my first pregnancy. Fantastic group. I ended up getting extremely sick and needed an emergency c section. They were wonderful. They always take time to explain things to you without making you feel rushed. They did a great job with my surgery. I wont ever go anywhere else

I do not recommend this practice due to the rude person who answered my phone call who had little knowledge to what she was saying to me. The birth director at sharon hospital is a very nice lady and very knowledgeable but everyone else was VERY JUDGEMENTAL.

I like Dr Jaffe very much, but wont go back here after a bad experience with the nurse. Rude, unempathetic nurse.
