So tired of playing by their rules, making an appointment, waiting the days or week for my appointment time (arriving 5 minutes early) only to have to wait further - sometimes as long as 30 minutes past my appointment time, while they take the people who dont bother to make appointments before me. Twice now Ive had to leave without getting my blood drawn because theyve kept me waiting too long past my appointment time and I needed to get to another appointment. Yesterday was the worst yet. My 10 year old son needed blood work done. So not only did he have a bad day waiting for his appointment time, I had pulled him out of school early because they dont schedule appointments after his school gets out, then once again kept us waiting so long we had to leave to get to the bus stop. So today he gets another anxious day waiting for someone to stick a needle in him, only this time Ive made an appointment at Quest labs who Im told by many never keep you waiting when you have an appointment.

I use this facility almost monthly for different testing. The staff is wonderful, friendly, professional and do their best to ensure every patient is treated with care, dignity & respect. I am so thankful for the services they provide.
