I was trying to make an appointment and when I spoke to Diane she first told me its 2 months for an appointment. Once she took all my information she then offered me May 3 months later. I questioned her about the time difference and she said well we book fast. Really??? A month in the matter of 5 minutes. Then I asked about what can I do in the mean time do that have any safety nets of a child needs to be seen sooner than later. She ignored me and went into telling me she is sending me new patient paperwork. When I pushed the issue about it she accused me of yelling which I was not. I guess she didnt want to speak to me anymore and hung up on me. She called back a few minutes later and said oh we got disconnected. I told her she was not telling the truth. I expressed my unhappiness on the way she was treating me and asked for a supervisor she accused me of yelling again. I told I was not I was on my phone on my car handsfree. I asked for a supervisor again and she hung up on me. Is this how they treat new patients who are calling because they need help???? This is disgusting and I still am not sure if my daughter has the appointment

Terrible office I asked to refill a prescription they refuse to refill the prescription because he hadnt been there in 7 months and needs to be seen every six months I guess it is for ADD and now doing poorly in school it took 3 days for them to get back to me. They are money hungry and just want the office visit payment which was already booked back in January but since it takes 3 months to get an appointment and they know he has an appointment for next month and still wont given him his medication. Plus have to wait on hold for 10 minutes to talk to someone. This was for Lynn Estelle the Nurse Practioner

they dont answer or call back ever, i have been calling for a month. i needed a refill on my meds and i had to have my pharmacist call them. now i need them again for a form to be filled out and they still havent gotten back to me. i understand that its a busy center but a month??

Dr. Gold was outstanding. Our first visit with our baby and he took the time to explain everything in detail. Great experience. Staff and nurses were very courteous.
