There are SO many issues! The rooms: they dont offer internet and the rooms are very drafty. Getting staff to respond to any calls or requests was a nightmare. Staff finally show up hours later than we expected, and then we had a difficult time communicating with them, (there was more screaming and moaning than talking) and getting them to stay long enough to finish a discussion was impossible. They refused to appear in souvenir photos with my friends and I, even though they do for other guests. In-room refrigeration isnt available, but you can rent one of the 16 in the basement, for a small fee. Ive been to worse places, but not too often! Everyone recommends the Tower, but we didnt find it hard to climb. Dont always believe the hype!

Very nice place, the residents are well cared for. Staff are responsible and respectful. Its very dark and scary at night and not well kept outside the facility, needs more light outside please!! the insides are cleaner than most hospitals and rehab centers. Its a nice place to send your family and friend having psychiatry issues.

I felt extremely welcome with the service I received from the hotel. They have a beautiful environment and great recreational activities such as swimming and dining...all indoors! Perfect for a getaway when it is cold outside.

Really cool place, but DO NOT drive into the active part of the institution. You will get stopped and possibly ticketed or arrested for trespassing.
