OMG! you have got to be kidding?!! DR. Mary Allison Mitchelle under Dr. Peter Urazov does not have a clue how to work with handicapped disabled patients and she physically harmed me. You NEVER, NEVER, EVER!!! MAKE A CRIPPLE WHO CAN BARELY WALK WITH A CANE DO A FITNESS TEST INVOLVING CLIMBING FLIGHTS OF INSTITUTIONAL STAIRS! WHERE IS THE SPIROMETER MORON? THATS HOW YOU SHOULD BE TESTING VO2 MAX ALLISON! I wish doctors would stay the hell out of fitness! I have a degree in fitness science and the test she was trying to give me was not only CONTRAINDICATED for my special population, it caused major pain and injury to my ankle, achilles, knee hip groin and shoulderand was so inappropriate I hope she is sued someday soon. Furthermore, she threatened me that if I did not do it she would not clear me for spinal surgery the same spinal surgery I have been waiting for 6 months to help me walk again. My spinal doctor does not want me climbing stairs yet Dr. Mary Allison Mitchell felt it necessary to use threats to get me to jump through her hoops?! I KNOW AT LEAST THREE OTHER FITNESS TESTS SET DOWN BY THE ACSM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN UTILIZED INSTEAD AND NOT FOR NOTHING IF I COULD GET SUED PERFORMING THAT TYPE OF FITNESS TEST ON A FITNESS CLIENT THEN DOCTORS SHOULD BE BOUND BY THE SAME RULES AND SHOULD BE SUED AS WELL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BLEAKHAVEN IS STILL BAD AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. There is so much more that is wrong with this scenario its frightening that this doctor is allowed to practice. This is why I was going to medical school I am sick of POOR MEDICAL CARE IN AMERICA LONG ISLAND MORE SPECIFICALLY. Bleakhaven where you check in and dont check out without injury.

We have been pushed from one building to another. No one knows how to fax information. Is raining outside and we were told to go back to a building for a piece a paper to further our waiting time, since their fax machine is not working. We havent even been treated for why we are here!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unprofessional.
