The pediatric section is not the worst ever, but its almost there. Some of staff members are sweet, but oh my my some are not meant to be in such a facility where children depends solely on them. My daughter came from CCMC where she was doing three hours of therapy, which is two hours of physical and an hour occupational therapy to half an hour OT and PT half an hour. She was doing so good with the therapist at CCMC and was told that this place is more intense and when I came and ask they said yes, yet when she was admitted and I saw the little amount of therapy and when I ask about it they said it does not matter how much therapy she gets and we have to wait on her body. So if its your only choice to be here, yes go ahead. But if you have other choice, please dont bring your child here.

Im surprised there arent any negative reviews here. In fact Im surprised there arent hundreds of them. The poor employees in this organization must work with a Benefits Analyst who is disrespectful, dishonest, and inefficient at her job—and a supervisor that defends her. I can only imagine how the employees’ dealings with these individuals reflect on the quality of care they are able to provide. Likely the only reason there arent more complaints here is that many patients are unable to communicate unassisted and receive infrequent visits from friends and family. Bottom line: I would be afraid to be treated at such a facility.

I had a interview a year ago at Hosp for Special Care. I have been a PCA for almost 20 years w The lady in Human Resources was brutal. Acting as if I was going for my PhD. Very rude. Of course I did not get the job. Its ok, my PCA job at another hospital knows what a dedicated and hard worker I am to my patients. Hospital for Special Cares LOSS.

This is the best hospital I have ever been to. Everyone was very nice to me. I came to this hospital to help get me walking again. The physical therapy was fantastic. Never rushed and they helped me to walk again. Every care by the Nurses, and aids were always pleasant and never rushed. They took very good care of me. Thank you so much.

I was introduced to your emergency room by my girlfriend 3 years ago, after waiting in the emergency room 6 hrs in the town I live in with my 3 yr old granddaughter. Once she was registered we were call in back in less than 10 minutes & dr was examining her in no time. I will be taking ride to your ER if necessary again.

Sat on the phone and argued for over an hour on why my son didnt need to be there( discharged from ccmc and everyone said bring him there) born really early and only 5 months, they wanted to do physical therapy!! On a baby?!

These folks provided great care during my stay. My only complaint is I was transferred out to another facility too soon. Other than that, it would have been 5 stars.
