miss smartypants

Been going here all my life and the new system has helped organize an otherwise chaotic busy place. The staff works hard but I feel they need to expand the staff to handle the volume of patients. Only complaint is my primary care doctor said I should only get HIV tested if i think Ive been exposed? Tests like that should be given no questions asked, I was shocked that i was told I didnt need one even though I wanted one every 6 months!? No one should ever be given a hard time getting an HIV test! Same things with inpatient rehabs... the insurances say you cant get into one unless you fail outpatient and nearly overdose and die... this is what is wrong with the world today.

This place needs to be more on schedule with there appointments, our time is valuable also as well as plans we may have made for the test of the day, every time I come here on time or even b4 Im still sitting here waiting an hour or more and it messes up the rest of my day schedule. Its ridiculous, think Im gonna start looking for different place to go for medical needs and services.

This place sucks . It takes forever to make an apointment . The doctor I am seeing there was supposed to send in a script for me TWO WEEKS AGO and has not done it . Ever since they changed to advantage care they have been horrible . I dont recommend this place .
