Noble Hospital was recently the spotlight of a massive scandal by potentially exposing HUNDREDS of patients to a wide range of diseases, bacterium and viruses including some big hitters such as: Hepatitis A, B & C, HIV(AIDS). Imagine getting a notice in the mail from the Hospital you went to a few months back informing you that because of their significantly major sanitation errors, errors that could & should have been entirely avoided if only proper procedures had been followed, you & a few hundred other people have to come in for some testing because you mave have contracted Hepatitis or HIV from your rather routine visit e.g. prostate & colonoscopy health checks. Noble Hospital had significant trouble with the majority of their staff following proper medical/sanitary procedures. Overall this arose because of poor management in the form of: general ineptness/lack of candidates with proper qualifications for management positions, lack of any type of working Quality Control, lack of training, ***continued/updated training of staff as necessitated by events such as new medical equipment & new medical procedures, and dissemination of updating materials/knowledge to staff. I dont want to go on any further and let them know what their problems were and pinpoint exactly where Noble Hospital was mismanaged so they know how to clean up their massive mess because I dont work for them & Im not about to start working for them for free! Usually when theres poor/mis-management in a company and its not due to general ineptness(idiocy) of the person atop the pyramid then it comes from the greed of the people on the board of directors and their duty to increasing the next quarterly profit. From that point its a simple matter of demands of higher quantity of customers(higher quarterly profit) which inevitability will lead to a lower quality of product(lower care + time dedicated to things like training/education of new instruments & equipment and the proper procedures that follow).

The first time I ever went to Noble was on May 11th, 2017, to have x-rays done. While having my first x-ray taken, the x-ray technician, DROPPED A METAL BAR ON MY HEAD!!!! She was rushing and was making jokes throughout the rest of my x-rays. At the end of the x-rays, she asked if I needed help getting off of the table. I said "yes and she walked away!!! I was floored! I reported this injury to Noble Hospital, the technician did not, and Noble does NOT want to pay for any of my medical bills that was caused by their employee!!!! My health insurance has told me it is their responsibility to pay and that I will have to contact an attorney so my health insurance can get their money back. And Ive had migraine headaches since May 11th and several doctor appointments and will be starting physical therapy for the migraines. DO NOT GO TO NOBLE HOSPITAL!!!!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU SICK, NOT HELP YOU GET BETTER!!!!!!!

Thankfully I wasnt there for a life threatening reason! Worst care I have ever had in my 47 years, in the emergency room was horrible care, my wifes a Nurse and she had to call the supervisor on 2 occasions in 2 days! Their face dropped when we told them what happened each time, and had no issue writing it up. I was left suffering in pain for hours even though we asked for meds that I had a standing order for, two times and it was well after I was due long before I asked and they had no reason not to give it. We where polite and I have no issues with opiates ever. I have been in chronic pain for 32 years and have had 5 back surgeries and never asked for pain meds beyond 1 script after surgery until this year I couldnt take the pain. I will never return to this hospital ever again no matter what is wrong with me. Dont go there period.

The check in woman was extremely rude to myself and another patient before me, short hair glasses cant remember her name. She clearly didnt know how to run a mass health if number when I told her and she threw my license back at me.. She needs some training on sympathy and dealing with sick patients.. Other then her I was out in under a hour and the rest of the staff was clearly compassionate human beings.

After over a year of non-stop testing I decided to try here and they diagnosed me within 2 hours of walking in. They look at the whole picture and not just what goes with my age or whatnot.

The staff was all very rude, and it did not seem to occur to them to change their gloves after every patient. It would only seem like common sense. Forget this place.

We have used this hospital several times in the past six years. They have always provided excellent service with great courtesy and very short wait times.

The entire staff treated me with compassion and efficiency. I want to thank Dr. Blanchett and the student PA working with him.

The staff here was great when I had to take my son to the emergency room. Is a comfort having a hospital so close by.
