I was recently in the emergency room and then admitted for two days. Excellent care. The emergency attending physician and the nurses (Mark attending nurse, Bill triage nurse and John assisting nurse) were excellent. My interaction with these three nurses in the ER have always been excellent. I was on floor 5W (step down unit) room 69. I was diagnosed as being in A Fib. I was in isolation because I tested positive for Mersa. The nurses (best I can remember were Pattie, Fay, JoJo, others I cant name) were extremely caring and professional. I have not been to any other VA hospital but I have to say this is the best hospital, VA or private. Thank you for your excellent care recently and in the past 7 years.

Man doesnt have all the answers. Its been an extremely rough road at times, but glory to God and the U.P.C.I. Ive made it this far and fair better year to year since my baptism and conversion in 2000. Today I had a lipoma removed near my spine on my neck. Im so excited with the kindness, skill and bravery of the Doc and the staff. Im able to give them 5 starrs. Hopefully The Lord will grant us wisdom, favor and understand to treat our precious vets. And the issues we all face.

The VA has been providing my health care fore years, when I realized that I could not afford to pay to take care of my service connected disability on my own the VA stepped up and got me the help I needed. The Medical staff for the most part are great and really care, some of the administrative staff on the other hand can sometimes have a "I have this job for life" attitude at times.

One of the best Ive been to. Everyone was friendly and helpful...from showing me where to go to my doctor calling me personally. Ive been to several va locations and thats never happened.

Im a veteran and this is the veterans hospital where I obtain all my medical care and I love it there I also love the people and I am involved in a lot of activities there.

Place continues to get better with service. Parking is still an issue. recommend to take a shuttle to avoid playing musical parking spots

A very large hospital, prepare for a long visit. The staff & Dr.s are friendly & helpfull, but bring entertainment for a long stay.
