There is a nurses attitude is really bad. Today I brought my younger sister to do the blood test, that nurse cannot found my sisters vein. It was painful to see the needle turning around the in my sisters flesh. I asked her maybe try the other hand. Then that nurse got angry and ask me to got out of room. She said they only allow our mom be there. The problem is my mom doesnt speak english at all. I cannot said this place is not good because of that one nurse but it definitely is a bad experience.

Every time Im here Im greeted with the RUDEST costumer service ever. If you have a question theyre annoyed. If you move too slow theyre annoyed. They move in slow motion themselves. Theyre always on their phones. Its like they dont want to deal with people at all. Its extremely frustrating. I will be going to a different blood place from now on.
