Terrible - went there for my daughters 1 year old blood work and my routine blood work... they continuously poked my one year old baby making her scream and still could not draw her blood. Then to make matters even worse could not draw my blood after several times poking and several people trying! Both my arms and my babies arms are completely bruised and sore and they never even were able to get the labs done. Complete disaster!

Rude and incompetent staff. No one helps you at the front desk and if you check off the wrong thing on their clipboard they get uppity and give you a hard time. When you finally get it right and try to hand them stuff, they just stare at it. Avoid this location.

Worast one ever. Rude nasty incompetent they made error came back treated like dirt. Avoid this lab. Id rather drive back 80 miles to Ramsey where they are the best.

Ive never had a problem at this location. Always go there for,blood work and I have found them to be friendly, welcoming and competent.

Full waiting room. Doing the best they can but it was still 45 minutes. Early appointments are hard to come by
