for the love of god do not go to this branch! go one mile up the road to old hook road in westwood. i arrived and waited 15 minutes, no one in the office no receptionist. after 10 minutes i heard a baby crying in the back so i knew someone was there. at that point a lady with a kid entered the office and signed in and sat near me. 5 minutes later the lady with the baby came out and the [only] nurse finally made an appearance and called the lady with the kid ahead of me. she stated they had a prior appt and she would get to me asap. 2 minutes later another lady arrived with 2 kids in tow and she sat down. although the first lady and kid were still in the back, the nurse appeared and called this lady and 2 kids ahead of me as well. 39 minutes had passed since i arrived, and i was the only patient not seen. I got up and drove right to westwood and waited less than 5 minutes. I will NEVER go back to the oracle office for anything please head my warning

I wish I read the reviews before coming in here. This place is horrible. They dont take walk in appointments in order of arrival. People who came in after me without an appointment were taken in first. Rude staff. I explained I understand I need to wait but I need to urinate urgently since I drank two bottles of water in preparation for my visit. They would not allow me to use the rest room before my test and made me wait over an hour. I would never, ever recommend this place. It seems like its being run by people who dont know whats going on. One tech claims she doesnt have a password for her computer and needs to wait for someone to sign in her computer. Another customer in the waiting room was having a billing issue because the staff billed her credit card 4 times for the same text. Please stay away. What an awful operation.

The clerk is a little rude, unfriendly.. She never ever picks up the phone. I waited 3 hours, similar story to the previous review, I complained the nurse told me people had appointments and it was going to take longer, I called the numbers on the wall until I reached a supervisor and complained, thats how I was serviced. I got there at 8 am by the time I was done I left at 12. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I dont know what those bad reviewers are thinking. I have been going there for over 2 years, once per month and the lady is so sweet. It is only a bad experience if you dont make an appointment but its so easy to make one online, why wouldnt you make one.

Have been to this lab several times, Im a very difficult veins and they listen to you if you know were the only veins (2) I have and always gotten me on the first stick! They are very good!
