Elusive Sasquatch Podcast
The people at the front desk were very polite, I feel very bad that their supervisor is one of the rudest people Ive ever met. Shes a middle aged African American woman and she clearly did not care at all if she had caused me any pain. When I did have a small reaction to anything, all she did was say "stop being a baby", "stop moving so much", or "be quiet I need to concentrate". She alone made the whole place give off this horrible vibe. I highly recommend going to a different Lab, at least youll probably be treated much more carefully there

An awful experience from start to finish. I waited more than 45 minutes before being called from the waiting room. The first woman jabbed my arm twice, moving the needle around as it was in my arm, while telling me it wasnt my fault she couldnt find a vein it was her fault. She gave up and left my arm red and swollen. Another lady came in and had no problem with the other arm. I have blood work routinely done twice a year. This is the first time Ive been to this LabCorp location and the first time Ive had a problem! Go to another location!

I get bloodwork done in the same spot all the time. Needles do not bother me in the least. The needle hurt coming out of my arm so bad, the pain went through my whole body! "Asia" yanked it up & out. All the years having blood test, getting needles, this has NEVER happened. She was a black women with pretty hair. I do believe it was something personal because I had a police sweatshirt on. She went right into an attitude as soon as she saw it. A "Black Lives Matter" thing perhaps. Very unprofessional, karma will get her!!

Quick, courteous and convenient. Front office and medical staff were very polite and got me in and out quickly. They reassured my 9 year old, who was very nervous about having blood drawn. Ive been there several times, and have never had an issue with the staff. Wait times can be rough sometimes, especially early mornings... but thats just a function of how many people show up. If you go off peak, your wait will be shorter.

I am someone who is terrified of getting blood work done, but have recently had to start going for bloodwork every 6 months. I dont normally come to this location, but I was in the area. just sitting in the waiting room, I was on edge. The front staff was extremely rude to everyone they spoke to before me. I left before getting helped.

Very polite people up front. But the African American woman who did my bloodwork made the entire place feel like a toxic environment. Very mean, unprofessional, and will try her best to ruin your day. Go to a different Lab, you wont regret it.

Blood on the chairs in waiting room, filthy carpets and a middle age blond woman talking horribly to a patient. I just left at that point.
