May be the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. We came on Saturday for a 9:00 appointment and they didnt even put us on the board until 9:30 then it said a 47 minute wait. So we left and came back Tuesday for an 8:15 appointment and WE WERENT SEEN UNTIL 9:15. WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF WE ARENT GOING TO GET CALLED ANYWAY. The system here DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. If there was any other place to get blood work done around here WE WOULD. Save yourself 2+ hours of waiting and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

In the past I have had no problems with this location, but I had to wait for an hour to get a simple blood test done this morning. By 6:30 AM there were already 4 of us lined up waiting outside the door to be seen. After we were let in a few minutes later, 5 more people came in within 15 minutes. I understand the costs incurred, but to have a second employee come in at 7 AM versus 6:30 AM when it is clearly a very busy time and day is unacceptable.

I had to deal with a woman who referred to herself as the "senior" staff person. She was very rude and did not accommodate our company. She also refused to allow me to speak with another representative and would not give me her last name. I reported this incident to the customer service hotline but have not heard anything about this incident being addressed.

I want to acknowledge the staff that took care of my mother on Saturday, January 7th, 2017. She came from Florida to stay for the winter holidays and needed a PTI INR testing. They were so kind and provided the service with excellent quality. The process was so smooth and for my mother, who is very fragile, was very gratifying.
