This is the WORST place to go! This was my third time back with 2 kids under 5 and the customer service could not have been worse. The attendant at the front is SO rude. I just patiently waited over an hour with 2 extremely restless kids for my 3 yo to be seen (not uncommon for this location) and when I very politely asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be before we were seen, she responded with the worst attitude, she started by rolling her eyes like I had inconvenienced her by asking, and basically told me that it would be another hour. Absolutely no regard or compassion or manners! I had no choice but to leave after 90 mins of waiting!! There is nothing I hate more than bad customer service and this is the epitome of it. I should never have gone back and given them the benefit of the doubt. No matter how busy a business is, there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness to the customers who keep you in business. I urge you to go anywhere else. This lab does not deserve your business.

Appointment? Do you know what an appointment is? Fill out paperwork in advance on line so goes faster, then why fill it out all over again when I get there. An hour later still waiting for my kids "appointments", now late for a high school practice. Awful! Dont know how labs are so crappy the last few years, or that we even have to go to a lab.. not like when Dr. Just took blood in the office.. labs must have some good lobbyists! The whole process is asinine, made worse by a lab that doesnt know its @$$ from its elbow!

I wouldnt judge the palce on the bad reviews... i did try to avoid going here but had no choice. My conclusion is the place, the people are nice but they have to deal with a lot of fasting, angry, full bladdered, nervous people all day long. You also need to prepare to wait long, maybe 1hr + depending on the day. Not sure if thats overbooking or walk-ins thats probably the only negative. I would definitely come back again if I needed to.

If this place was not so close to home, I would avoid it. This is a busy location, so come prepared with something to keep you distracted. Even appointments do not guarantee a timely exit. The staff here seems totally overwhelmed and it shows. On two occasions I have had blood dripping down my arm while driving home because the technicians in their haste missed the stick area on the pressure bandage.

Absolutely horrendous establishment!!!! People at the counter have no customer service skills. Beyond rude. Joann Fallon who was the specimen collecter sent the results to the wrong place after being given three pieces of paper with the correct address. Now have to go retake the test because they can not do their job properly. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

I have had good experiences with this lab corp for the past ten years. I do recommend that you make an appointment! The staff have always been courteous and efficient They could use a complete refurbishing of the office, which is why I only rated 4

Long wait ...dirty..cant understand why other labs get you in and out in less then 10 min this place could use new management...cant believe that was forced by Dr office to use this lab.

Counter staff is horrible, rude, and unprofessional. The wait is horribly long for no reason. Stay away from this place if you can.

Horribly rude people. Unfortunately there arent many other options in the area. Be prepared to wait between 1-3 hours.
