Came to the roselle nj location, was 10 minutes late for my appointment when the rep told me I had to wait it was fine. Until, I see her walk out the door. And didnt come back for another 5 min. That time she was out could of been to service another patient or either myself. And why is she drawing blood if she supposed to be the rep.

After some really crappy experiences at other Quest locations, the bar was set extremely low for my bloodwork this morning. I was blown away with all facets of the visit: the facility was clean, the staff was skilled and efficient, and I was in and out in 20 minutes.
