Please dont take your infant to this lab. Ive experience the worse in this place. My 5 month baby was treated w/ cruelty. My son never cries when blood is taken out but last Saturday unfortunately the person who helped me hurting so bad not even when she put the needle, she hurting when she untied the rubber band from his arm, she did it w/ such cruelty that my son started screaming and on top of that kept pressing his forearm while he was screaming and even though i told her to let him go she wouldnt do it. I left that place with tears in my eyes. Please help me take this person out of this lab. She was very cruel, aggressive and disrespectful toward my son and myself. When I asked for her full name she wouldnt give it to me.

Since the WAYNE location permanently closed we are stuck with Totowa. This is the WORST location (TOTOWA, NJ Quest) to go for blood work. The phlebotomist, a black woman with an accent, (and supposedly the only phlebotomist there), was rude and extremely rough. My arm was completely black and blue and bruised by the time she finished poking me several times. She tried to blame me for her carelessness until I pushed back and put her in her place. This woman should not be taking blood from anyone. She is inexperienced, rude and extremely hurtful. The other problem is this location is unprofessional -- they never answer the phone or greet you as you walk in. AVOID this location at all costs!

Had to wait an hour just to drop off a culture for my daughter. No one sits at the front desk to greet people. Just a sign in sheet. Could have avoided all this by just putting an actual human at the front desk. Disappointing
