Its so frustrating you dont have direct line n automatic system have no option about talking to live adviser. if there is a question related test do i have to come in personally to check before my appointment ? i needed fax # so my doctors office can fax my prescription . no help i m trying since half hour n might have to choose other lab because i just dont want to make a trip to get fax # sorry but u need to improve your answering automatic system and also website to have enough info.

Very fast and helping staff. No direct appointment number, but lab services are excellent. I have been going to this quest lab location since a year and Im fully satisfied with lab services. Even walk-in gets quick served some times.
