I am familiar with Union, NJ (nice town). So I thought this would be a nice Quest.....far from it. My wife is 7 months pregnant and had to fast the night before to get blood work done here. Our appointment was at 8:45am and we showed up at 8:55am. Even though we walked in only 10min after the receptionist rudely told us were considered walk-in now and we have to wait because (quote) she got to keep up with her appointments(unquote). So my wife and I give her benefit of the doubt.....by now my wife and my unborn child are hungry. 9:30am a woman walks in and is seen right after while my pregnant wife is waiting......10am rolls around and by now Im convinced that theres only one nurse in the back working and 13 of us waiting in the waiting room.....a man that came in before us is waiting to drop off specimen and he was arguing at the receptionist because he came the day before and had to wait an hour and a half......by now its 10:30 and did I mention you pay for parking!! We had to leave I rescheduled at Westfield,NJ.......I used to go to Union.......Oh well....(read this review and the others and ask ur self if u want to go to Union)

I came in for bloodwork last Saturday. I was told that I could walk in and drop off my sample. Unsure if I should chance dropping it off 7:30 in the morning and getting caught in traffic on my way to work, I decided to drop it the following Saturday (first thing in the morning). No problem, right?! After all I was told I just had to drop it off. Now I have to mention that the envelope it goes in is a postage paid envelope! Ok!!! I arrived early (7:33am). The office opens at 8:00am. The young lady (phlabotomist) walked in and opened the door at 8:02. So now theres a new sign-in system...welcome technology! Everyone in front of me looks like a senior. Unsure how to use the iPad, there was no one there to assist anyone who needed help. So now for an envelope I could have dropped in the mailbox, I am still waiting and it is now 8:50am. The ONLY REASON why I chose to hand deliver it is for a sense of security. Next time Im dropping it in the mail!!!

I was very skeptical because I read bad reviews from not just this location but all the ones close to me. Im happy to say I had a great experience though. The sign in was easy. They have a TV screen that you watch in the waiting room that actually has your name with an approx. wait time. The time adjusts as more patients come in so you know where you stand. The woman at the desk who also took my blood was quick and precise. She got all the samples at one time, no problem. I was in and out in under an hr. I feel bad for those who did not have as good an experience as I did.

I was there waiting for 1 hour plus for the blood work, i was fasting from midnight it was around 10:30 AM when i ask the lady how long will it take politely, she rudely said I dont know and uttered some words because she was busy watching Maury show VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was taken quickly, however as I sat in the chair having the blood removed the techs cell phone beeped. Do you know you she took it out and looked at it while the she was taking blood from my arm. Are you serious??? Go to another quest.

The receptionist was not very courteous, I understand she is pregnant but the attitude was not appropriate. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they have their job because of the money we pay. If I could rate this 0.5 I would.

Good. I scheduled my appointment on line and was called very close to that time. It was easy and didnt have to wait. This is a good feature about using Quest.

I really want to give this place 1 star. But there is one phlebotomist that knows how to draw blood. The one that attended me today, not so much.

I was skeptical at first due to the reviews I had read. I had a great experience. Staff was frie ndly and professional. In and out in 20 minutes.

The staff was very friendly, but they took forever. I walked in at 8:40 and didnt leave until 11:05
