I go to LabCorp every other month for bloodwork. I have what is called a standing order. LabCorp makes a copy every time I am there. That copy is to be placed on file because it is a standing order. Today I went in and waited 45 minutes before my name was called. I had forgotten my prescription lab slip (first time). They said they did not have a copy because it wasnt a standing order. I ended up having to leave to go back another day. I came home and got out the lab slip -- it says in bold print "Standing Order." Every time I go there it is a different person with a different story. Incompetence -- SO FRUSTRATING !!

I am giving two stars , the lady anf the front desk was pleasent , but when we went back for bloodwork I had my 6 years old getting bloodwork with me , and there was an short older black lady and she was absolutely horrible it was 7 am my daughter was scared and she was so nasty she needs to be fired , I wouldnt let her take my daughters blood , i asked for another worker and we got Sean he was fantastic , I am so glad , I would only recommend this place for him , he made her feel safe he was so nice of it wasnt for him I would have walked out

Rude service... I would choose another lab next time. I didnt give enough urine the first time I was told I had to wait 15 minutes and drink more water in the meantime the one lady that did urine test went on lunch and no one was there to cover her. I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes. Just ridiculous!! Dont waste your time..everyone is rude.

I dont understand why they give the option for an appointment when its completely ignored. Receptionists disclose different information to different people (is this your first time here? If so, fill out the paper work). Patients with appointments by definition have priority. Especially when fasting, how could you not expect people to get upset?

My vein is very hsrd to find but they found it with no problem. I hsd 2 tests in a week and both went great! Plus, I currently have no insurance and LabCorp has special reduced rates for cash patient pay. Without this discount I couldnt have gotten the very important tests I needed!!

I have used this facility many times. The staff have always been curtious and professional. Faxing to and from this office and my doctor has never been a problem. As someone with a chronic dibilitating disease I appreciate their care and concern. Just avoid rush hours....

Other then the receptionist cold attitude every one was kind and friendly. I was in and out in under 30 and I was a walk in. No appointment and the place was pretty packed so glad for that reasonable service.
