Brought my granddaughter to Quest in Howell on Friday January 6,2017. Being that she was only 9, I was very apprehensive--Needlessly. The lab tech, Kathy was absolutely wonderful, explaining everything she was going to do. Monica was the other tech, they were great. Thank you for having such kind, caring, knowledgeable people working for you!

Didn`t get a chance to experience Quest, was trying to get a fax number from the Howell N.J. LAB to send to my doctor but tried calling and all I get is a messaging system thats worthless to patients. You people better change that stupid system.Disgruntle patient .

Everytime I make an appointment, I am seen right on time, and I always get the friendliest woman. I wouldnt go anywhere else but this location, its clean and so helpful.
