I had a job offer revoked after taking a drug screen from this location because my sample was diluted. Although the results showed NEGATIVE apparently I drank too much water (as one might do before taking a urine test) before dispensing my sample (i.e. peeing into a cup). I wish they would have told me how easily a test can report diluted. Having my job offer revoked with no chance to re-test was a hard way to learn. I would have gladly peed into that cup an hour later. How have we become so unforgiving?

Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Then had my appointment crossed out, saying I did not make one. Multiple people had this happen to them while I was waiting, in addition to multiple people walking out. Understaffed and poor service.

These phlebotomists are great! Maureen and Luz are real pros at what they do. I go there anytime I need my blood drawn.

They dont open on time and make you wait forever. Not to mention, terribly under staffed.
