Awful experience. The people there are rude and discriminating. Specially one of employee, Tracey. First of all shes very rude. And discriminating. She called on the phone for assistance and mentioned that she had a "Spanish girl" who was not in the system. I am clearly speaking to her in English, doesnt she understand? and she puts the Spanish line quest Diagnostics for them to speak to me. I felt discriminated.

Ive tried calling and cant get thru to a live person. To find out if I have to fast for the blood work ordered couldnt get thru to anyone associated with Quest. I go down to office only to find out their hours are 6AM to 12PM Monday thru Friday and 7AM to 1PM on Saturday. SERIOUSLY they couldnt even post hours on different locations so I can figure where to go. Not very customer friendly organization.

Appointment for 7am 05/17/2016. Us, and three other patients waited in lobby because nobody was there to unlock the door. My kid has to go to school, so I guess we arent going to get the blood drawn today. Nice professionalism, Quest. Thanks for wasting my time.

Is Quest everywhere? Yes. And the one near me has good technicians. But I have to drive there to see if theyre open. No way can you call. I called the appointment line and when given the number for my local Quest, ended up calling Puerto Rico!

Your telephone system is horrible. Only two options, neither of which apply to my reason for calling. Sometimes someone has a question that is not directions or trying to make an appointment. Give us a chance to speak to a REAL PERSON!!

Both times I went to this location I was seen immediately and was in and out very quickly. I found both of the people that took care of me to be very friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised!
