Hugo is a phlebotomist working at this quest location. He was very rude to my mother. He acts like he owns the place, he had a bad attitude and thinks he knows better then the patient. The patient ask him a question and his answer back was with a bad tone of voice. He lacks of professionalism when it comes to deal with the patient one of one. My mother was there to draw blood for health issues the last thing she needs its in individual that lacks compassion and confronts the patient. I hope whoever is the manager of this quest location reads this review and maybe corporate can send him out some place to learn how to treat patients better.

was in and out of the lab within 15 minutes, the staff was wonderful, i dont like blood tests because so many times in past, there was pain and long lasting bruising, this girl was wonderful, i felt a small prick and in seconds, she was finished...she was great and so is this place.

I have small veins that roll so drawing is tough. I will go nowhere but this location. I have always had a successful painless and easy experience here, consistently over many years.

Only1staff work in there. Long waiting time at least an hour, small waiting room for more than10people, unfriendly staff. Do not go there.
