The phlebotomist/receptionist staff member should stop talking in the back room and start taking waiting customers! I got there at 10:45 and there was one other person waiting. I got taken in the back at 11:15. I was done at 11:25 and the waiting room was full to the max. To my knowledge there were 3 to 4 other phlebotomist in the back, doing what, I dont know, but this main receptionist woman was holding the flow of traffic up by chitchatting and jibber jabbering in the back room. Im never coming back here again

Racist!!!! 6:30 waiting outside, check in at 7a. She called me as I got up,a lady came in. Instead she took the lady.A lady came in, tech didnt given me a reason why? Instead the lady said, she was there yesterday. Hello.... I was there a day before.

Had an appointment. While waiting two people that had no appointment were taken in. Staff generally mishandling the concept and reasons for creating appointments. I would not recommend this location if you have or need an appointment.
