They are very, very nice and accommodating at this Quest yet they seem to take breaks constantly and mill around in the lab as people wait. At least the line is always very short if there is ANYONE at all. Maybe that is why they dont mind making you wait for their time. That makes them twice as slow so its always like the line is twice as long as it really is. Also, you can not call in to this Quest office to get a human voice to verify script or any other need.

People here wonderful, little to no wait time as compared to other quest laboratories or other labs. Worst part is that there is NO WAY to call and speak to a human to check to see if they received a fax or other transmission. If youre driving 45 minutes because the doctor wants you to use quest , it would be nice not to drive there when the orders didnt arrive. So the people get a 5 but the business gets a Zero.

The staff is nice and very accommodating but there is no way to actually call this office and speak to a human in advance to confirm that they have received your script. My advice is to have your doctor send Quest AND you a copy of the script so you dont end up wasting loads of time when you get there and find out they have no instructions for your blood draw.

Really dont like talking to a machine
