Have taken a daughter and my Mom to this location and had to leave both times. If you dont have an appointment forget it. If you cant get in by 11:30, when waiting, youre told to go home. There are so many court ordered tests going on there that a regular patient doesnt have a chance. There are always other distraught potential clients walking out. The "walk ins welcome" line is a joke. To make matters worse the staff is the rudest Ive encountered anywhere, including out of state. So if I can leave zero stars I will. Otherwise the one star is left because I had to. Go to the New Milford or the Avon location if your doctor needs you to go to Quest.

My test went perfectly fine, my technician was great but while waiting I heard another technician yelling at a veteran that all blood draws for the VA had to be done between 9am-11am to be shipped out and his appointment was at 11:30am. The man was very patient with her but she was very rude and so loud the whole office could hear her. A warning to all VA members, go between 9-11am!

An awful place. Waiting time is ridiculous and unacceptable. It smells so bad and waiting room is too small. The nurse who worked there was the only positive thing to mention. My waiting time started with 16 minutes and I left after that was changed to 45 minutes several times due to people who came with scheduled appointments. If you have a choice go to CH hospital.

Be vary careful here-- they will draw your blood but not advise you that united health care insurance does not work with them. Then you will get a huge bill.

Awesome fast and very friendly.lady its your job to find out what your insurance covers and doesnt cover, not theirs.
