I did not have a good experience I came at 4:21pm and they Lady was in a rushed to leave and she kept saying over and over again how she wanted to go home. I try to have a conversation to ease her off since I knew they closed. But thats not the worse part my two year daughter had a horrible experience. The temp nurse was not able to take out blood because he was nervous of hurting my little one. He showed empathy but the other nurse she just showed the needle and then my kid began crying. she did not show that much empathy. To top it all off since they made the mistake in taking the rubber band to early my daughter had to be withdrawn blood in the other arm. Since they kept trying to get blood from the vein she kept playing with the needle and pushing it in while my daughter was crying historically. In the left arm it was worse the needle was put in with more force. The guy nurse held my daughters arm because at the moment my daughter did not want to be put on more pain. The part that I highly dislike was that since they were in a rushed they were not gentle at all. I would not recommend this place for small children. I do not believe they have the proper training to take blood out for a toddlers. My daughter had to go through the same pain twice in both arms. A least she gave me a lot of small stool cups for her to be stoold tested but now I have to return 3 times and all she kept saying its your daughter you gotta do what you have to do. Like I work a full time and its a big inconvenience for me but I will be coming 3 times to give stool samples.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the Brentwood location. The technicians are polite, professional & courteous when Im in the office. People need to understand that they have a job to do, its not a Social Visit being made. The expeditious service they offer is a plus, so we dont have extended waits when we walk in for Blood-work, etc. Im here every three months, my veins are hard to find & keep lined up for puncture, but she always works it out & I rarely get any major bruising.

My niece was there like 10 minutes ago. She is 1 and half year old. One of the nurse was so disgusting that in that little girl she aggressively put the needle and the blood was coming out her arm and she was crying so loud but that nurse was behaving more rudly. Blood was all over the place. But dont wory my mom took the picture and a little vid of that scene. We are gonna sue you and that nurse.. we are gonna bring cops. We are gonna drag you to court.

Pathetic experience,,the one in Brentwood NY, closed earlier than the given time on Saturday. The employees coming out were very rude. Someone should keep an eye on , when they close .
