Dr. Craddock was very thorough and informative. Upon coming into the store I was greeted immediately and service was prompt. They had a nice selection of frames that were both fashionable and practical. I went in during the holidays and ordered two different pair of glasses. It took nearly three weeks for my first pair to come back and almost a month for my second pair. I would have appreciated communication from the office during this process but did not hear from them until I had called a couple of times to check on progress with my glasses. Once I spoke to them they sent email updates more regularly. When I picked up my first pair of glasses the process of fitting them to my face was handled by an employee who was brief and only provided information I solicited. When I came back I met with Janet who did an absolutely impeccable job correctly fitting both pairs of glasses and answering all of my questions.

After a change in insurance coverage I found that Eyes on the City - West (on 65th) was in the network and conveniently located for me. I made an appointment for an eye exam and was very pleasantly surprised by every aspect of their operation. Each staff member was "present" and helpful. Dr. Craddock was engaged, understanding and answered all my questions clearly. I also got great advice about the best way for me to update my eye glasses and frames to take the best advantage of my insurance benefits! I stopped at a local business on my walk home for the express purpose of recommending Eyes on the City to them, and then promptly contacted others I know as soon as I got home to suggest that they too become new patients at Eyes on the City. If you need an eye exam, glasses or contacts -- I recommend Eyes on the City on 65th!

I took my whole family for our annual appointments. Four of us with a 5 and 8 year old. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and taken in to our appointments without delay. I feel like they have high tech equipment and are fully knowledgeable about eye care and health. They are really good with kids, allowing them to be themselves while still getting the info they needed. Their choice of frames is wide and their help with finding frames for each of us was great. They had all the insurance info so we could make ordering decisions that day. Thanks

Dr. Craddock and her staff are amazing. I went in for a long overdue eye exam and she and her staff treated me to first class service. She gave me options on contacts (bi-weekly vs. one-a-days) and then ordered me a few other brands to get a better fit with my eye. On a detailed note, the machine that puffs air in your eyes (my least favorite part of the exam) turned out to be a very pleasant experience. It went by really quickly and didnt bother me one bit. I will be a patient and customer for the long haul.

My first visit to Eyes on the City impressed me favorably. The staff was friendly, competent. I was on time; so was my exam. Prompt, efficient, personable. I learned quite a lot from Dr. Craddock Id not heard before about my eyes and vision in general. The office keeps a wide selection of frames, both styles and cost; finding a new pair was easy. My bill was explained thoroughly, a detailed invoice was sent to me as follow-up. Well done, Eyes on the City!

Dr. Craddock is my favorite optometrist of all time, and Ive had quite a few. She listens to my concerns, and were able to define a treatment that works for me. My favorite thing about this practice is that they stay on top of technological advances, which means the exam is streamlined with hardly any of the inconveniences of the past. (i.e. no dialation, eyedrops, puffs of air and significantly less "A or B?") Highly recommended!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Craddock is great. Very knowledgeable about different contact lenses and glasses options and is able to break down the techical speak into easy to understand terms. The office has the newest technology to examine your eyes to help prevent any issues and give you the best prescription possible. Overall great experience.

Dr. Leslie Craddock was fantastic - genuine, knowledgable and I know she loves what she does and that makes a difference. The office is thoroughly modern with equipment and design which made it a very pleasant experience for someone who has not had her eyes checks in over 15 years! Worst glasses store I have ever had!! They ruined my new glasses, such a waste of money. The doctor was fine, however the two female staffs were totally dumb and unprofessional, both of them. When I came to pick up my glasses, they made my glasses ridiculously uncomfortable and they. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone was extremely informative about what exactly each test was for. It was expensive! I actually ended up cancelling my order and they worked hard with me to stop payment, free up my insurance, etc. I definitely recommend Eyes on the City.
