What a disappointment. The wifey comes home, cheerful about having had such a nice experience with the salesperson who helped her select quite an expensive choice of frames. It should only take a week, shes told. Excited, the first week passes, no call. Ten days. no call. She thinks it appropriate to phone about the delay. We dont know when they will be in, but well call when they do- maybe next week. Another week, no call. Apparently, the saleswoman went on vacation and didnt bother to pass on any information to the other staff. Nearly a month passes; frustratingly, the wife goes in. The glasses have arrived. No apology for the delay or lack of communication. She informs the person who brings her the order of her disappointment. Turns out, the salesperson who was so helpful is a manager and with another customer turning on the charm to clench a sale. I guess once youve paid, youre of know use. One would think that they would appreciate their customers more in hope of future business. I suppose not. Bums me out every time a I walk by.

Wow, terrible customer service. I showed up less than 10 minutes late for an appointment and they turned me away. It was at 2:09pm on Thursday afternoon and my appointment was at 2:00pm. Apparently they are overbooked for the afternoon and they offered absolutley no flexibility in accomodating me when I showed up in what is considered a very acceptable grace period. It seems this place is severely understaffed as I had to make my appointment over a month out. They had the gall to suggest rescheduling for another day at 1pm- even though I had told them I had already left work early to get to this appointment and rushed over to make it. So, lesson to all- if you have the audicity to ever run a few minutes behind schedule, you shouldnt even bother to go into West Seattle Vision.

Its a shame. I was recommended this doctor by a close friend. The doctor was wonderful. Very polite answered all my questions and helped me make well informed choices about my vision. However this is where the one star comes. The first time I came in the receptionist was extremely rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so I tried to be as polite as possible. Yet the next week when I came in to pickup my glasses she was just as rude as ever. 6 months go by and I get a text to schedule another appointment. So I think okay Ill give it another shot. Ive called 3 times and left messages. Ive never got a call back.

I think Dr. Julia Tran is great. She is always patient and willing to answer any questions I have. She also is savvy when it comes to cost effective solutions. If there is a great deal on contacts, or a different brand, that would be a lower price for a patient shell let you know. Lastly, West Seattle Vision Clinic is kid friendly! I had to bring my young daughter with me to my eye exam and everyone was very courteous and treated her very well. No one batted an eye at the fact I brought a kid with me to my exam.

This was not a pleasant experience at all. The Doctor was very nice, and most of the staff were also very nice; however, "SJ" was so rude to me on numerous occasions (in person and on the phone), I wonder how she can be in a customer service job. I would not recommend this place simply because of her absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism. Its too bad, because other than her and she interacts with you a lot while you are there, its a nice business.

Its a very expensive place and its easy to get carried away with the glam. The frames fit while I was trying them on, but once the glasses were finished, the weight of the lenses caused the nose piece to constantly slip down. West Seattle Vision did make some adjustments, but through the process the hospitality became very chilly. MAKE SURE YOUR FRAMES FIT PERFECTLY before you buy.

The staff are very friendly, dont try to upsell products, but truly seem to want to give the customer a good experience. The space is comfortable, and relaxing. They have state of the art machines not found in larger optometrists offices, and are very willing to talk about the technical aspects of anything you ask.

I bought my glasses here. There was a nice selection of trendy frames and Chelsea put a good effort in finding the right frame for my face. She also worked to expedite them so I could have them before a long business trip. Everyone was very nice to me there.

My daughter and I both get our glasses and eyes checked here. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and are great with my daughter, who is a toddler. Definitely a great place!
