The girls in the office were friendly however their communication skills were lacking. I went in for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses. I ended purchasing a $300 pair of glasses, that I paid for in full. Almost a year later I get a notice saying I owe over $200 dollars for the exam itself and that if I dont pay it will go to collections. My insurance covered a little over $100. No one ever explained to me that my insurance wasnt going to cover the whole cost of the exam. So all in all, they wanted over $300 for an exam and never said my insurance wasnt going to cover all of it, so I had to pay over $200 out of pocket that I dont have. I also had to wait a long time before I was called back to be seen. I will never come back to parkland eye and vision again.

Very nice staff and Dr., I was impressed with their honesty. Not out to sell you glasses, easily could have because of my sons history but said he didnt really need them.
