Id give it a 0 if I could. This was my first time to visit a Minute Clinic and it was the worst experience Ive ever had! My daughter just need a physical. When I signed her in, the sign at the kiosk started thats if you didnt have the forms needed then one would be provided. (Ive already filled out everything online and didnt see any that I needed to bring with me) The rude lady proceeded to show me the sign but then printed one for me while explaining in a hateful tone that I shouldve brought my own. Then when I was done I handed the paper back to her and she rudely told my daughter that she needed to have the name of the medicine that she takes. I told the lady the name of it but since I didnt know how to spell it, she started getting flustered and being hateful to my daughter again. We went outside and got the name of the medicine, took the form back in and she refused to see us saying that she had to leave at 5:30 (it was now 5:20). We checked in at 4:15 and she could have given us the form when we got there!! I will never go back and I will not recommend anyone to that place!!

Never would I have ever imagined a minute clinic inside of a Target would be a better experience than with a regular doctors office. I was a walk in patient there was one patient the Dr was seeing before me, my wait was no longer than 15 min. 5 stars for that already. Then the nurse who saw me, I dont remember her name but she was very sweet and talked me through everything. She sent off a lab test for me and prescribed me the antibiotics I needed. Less than a week later I got a check up call and to let me know my lab results to give me the best antibiotics for my problem. My experience with minute clinic was possibly the best health/medical experience I have ever had and my insurance covered just about everything. I would recommend going here to anyone!

Would not treat my child first visit because medication had made his heart rate high. Waited it out thru holiday weekend only to try again for what had clearly evolved from allergies to bronchitis and was told he had fever for too many days now and would not treat! So what do they do besides turn people away!?!?
