This was my first visit to Solis. I only give 1 star because I cant post with NO stars! I switched to Solis from my usual place due to a change in insurance. Calling 1 central location for their multiple locations was a difficult task, being on hold as much as 15 minutes before calls were answered. The check in process was a bit tedious but the facility was nice and clean, and staff were nice. I had my 3D mammo on 7/13 and on 7/19 received an email containing ABNORMAL results, but the email said someone should have contacted me first! Well, they didnt and so now Im scared to death! I was concerned as Ive never had an abnormal mammo before, so of course I called and asked what the results meant and was told that someone would call me right away to discuss. I went ahead and scheduled a diagnostic appointment at that time... and to my dismay no one ever called me with the results. Then the next day I received another report with a NORMAL mammogram? What? Still no phone call from anyone explaining this to me. So I called and was finally put thru to a "tech" to go over results... They said they compared my new mammo to my prior mammos from my old place, and the area they found concerning had always been there, so they could just watch it? Seriously? Ive never had an abnormal mammogram. Ive lost confidence in the staff at this location and now I dont know if I have a reason to be concerned or not. Do I have Breast Cancer? They never called me to tell me if my insurance would cover this diagnostic testing, now that I have an abnormal and a normal read on the same date of service... so I have left a voice mail for their clinic Director Sheila to see if shell call me back. I dont have much hope of that.

Please do not come to this place. If you go to this place you are going to regret it. You will receive a crazy bill. I have insurance and I just went there last month for a screening mammogram and today I receive my bill. After the insurance, I had to pay $314.70 yes after my insurance. I call other places that do mammogram and ask them about the price without insurance. They told me $130.00. They charged you for a facility of a hospital fee? They are now own by medical city which is aka medical center of Arlington which has a very bad reputation about ripping people off. Please tell your friends, love one, friends, family members...DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. IT IS HORRIBLE. TRUST ME! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They charged $650 for a mammogram which you can go somewhere and get it done for $130.00...dont just go somewhere else....RUN RUN RUN FROM SOLIS AKA MEDICAL CITY....

I did not read the review about Solis because I have been going to Solis for the past 5 years so I did had a great experience but I did not know that they moved into Medical City so they charged you a lot higher than a normal facility. Just got my Mammogram done and when I received my bill I almost have a heart attack. I had to pay more than $400 for my part. I have a high deductible and Solis charged $650 for a mamogram. This is totally ridiculus. Please do not go to this place or you will regret it. I will never go back. My sister just got her mamogram and pay cash. She only pay a little more than $100.00. Stay away please. There are other choices. other places that offer the same service and a lot lower. I wish I see all the review before I went to Solis. No more Solis.. You are not getting a penny from me.

Lots of headaches between communication with all of the different locations. When you call the SOLIS number provided, youre redirected to menu after menu before you can actually talk to someone. All of this to say: whatever happened to being able to talk to one person who actually knows how their office is structured and how to handle patient inquiries? I also found the medical records staff difficult to work with. At a consult with a surgeon, the surgeon asked for the images from the ultrasound not included in the records I had picked up from the office. The Solis staff member insisted stated "me, myself and I completed the order and did it correctly." The point is, I needed the images, and I was not happy with having to argue whether or not they had done their job correctly.

Im not happy that they moved into the hospital. I liked it separate. I havent been there since they moved and Im not looking forward to my upcoming appointment because of it. I was at the hospital ER not long ago and couldnt find parking. When I finally did trucks parked on both sides of me when I came out and I couldnt get into my car. Ive since bought a new car and Im paranoid to go. And Im not willing to let valet park either. I just might cancel like last time. This is too stressful for someone with anxiety.

Ive never had any trouble with my mammograms there, but I will never use them again now that they are associated with Medical City Arlington. I had to pay $103.38 for my mammogram, and then Medical City Arlington just sent me a bill for $570.26 for using their facility. Mammograms are not that expensive, and that is a total ripoff. Never again!!!!

Solis calls to remind me to schedule my yearly mammogram, and I appreciate that. Also, Im truly grateful for the $99 coupon since I dont have insurance. Without the coupon, I wouldnt be able to afford the luxury of getting a mammogram. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

They are fast and thorough here. I dont think most people know you can valet park and theyll validate your ticket. Parking has nothing to do with the quality of service you receive or the people who try to make you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Watch out people. They will bill you an additional bill for "Facility Cost". Go to USMD Mammogram on I-20 and Matlock.
