My wife, Marilyn Morgan, recently visited the JPS Northeast Clinic. This is actually her review, not mine: I visited the JPS Northeast clinic on Monday, April 17, 2017, and saw Dr. Mascarenhas. First of all, the receptionist was outstanding (she was very friendly and informative--made me feel very welcome), the nurse (Lakeisha Jackson) was very thorough, friendly, and professional (she made me feel right at home and even had me laughing), Jeanette Moore was great, Dr. Mascarenhas was very professional and personable--even the student doctor, Yatin, was incredible. The overall experience was the best Ive ever had at a medical facility and Im actually looking forward to going back. Overall, Id rate this place as a five star facility. You all really made my experience incredible. Thanks so much!!!!

This "Dr." Had the audacity to tell me I do not have a prior condition I was diagnosed with! He never did in depth research to come to this conclusion, he simply assumed. He never took the time to listen to my concerns of my overall health. I was and still am in an immense amount of pain. He never actually explained what my condition could be, never asked questions. He did however, continue to type on the computer screen and mock my previous medical professionals laughing at the conditions I have been professionally diagnosed with. This medical office is a complete joke! How you continue to stay open is a wonder! Timothy Henry Glen is the "Doctor" I saw.

I MUST SAY THAT THE JPS NORTHEAST CLINIC IS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE BEEN TOO!!!,FOR ONE THE NURSES ARE AWESOME IN THERE FRIENDLINESS AND THEY PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY,most recent,other doctor offices Ives been to,well lets just say that the girls working there are rude and dont give a crap about what you have to say,my doctor at jps is also very friendly and also conciderate to my health,thank all of you at jps for being very nice people.

My wife went with a troat infeccion and the doctor denied her service because he was about to leave but they make us wait for 1 hour and the doctor was still seen people and the lady on the front desk said "thats to bad but you need to go to a different location because it is to late and the doctor canot see you" and there were 3 persons waiting after we arrive.

Long waits SOMETIMES - but way better than about 4 years ago. Most are super friendly... follow (maybe record) ALL instructions from the LAB! They dont play fast or loose! But they really care, and if you qualify everything except dental is an amazing price!

Very bad service always when I get sick and call them for appointment I stay on hold for more than 40 minutes until someone of them answer me

Great place with some wonderful doctors provided you dont get hung up on making an appointment or that you can wait 1-6 months to be seen.
