I really like Dr Tolbert, She is a great doctor who really listens to you and communicates well. BUT the staff that she has answering phones and handling appointments are rude and uninviting. Its very disturbing how much they really made me feel like they could not care less about my needs or concerns. They would just assume to brush you off, and hang up as quickly as possible without allowing you to ask many questions. I get it, youre probably busy right? That doesnt mean that I dont deserve your attention and respect as a patient of Dr. Tolberts. I just wish her front office staff would be a little more kind and genuine, instead of rude and quick to dismiss you!

So far Making appointments was a piece of cake. Taking my three teen aged girls for birth control hope it all goes well. Im assuming it will based on the phone call I made and all the great reviews.

5 stars for the doctor shes great doctor but the staff well not all of them but most of them are very rude it makes you not want to go back thats the only reason i wont go back
