Im currently sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back. I arrived 15 mins early as requested and have been waiting an additional 30 mins. I asked a receptionist how much longer I could expect to be waiting and she told me "It should be soon. I dont know whats going on back there." Well its certainly your job to know whats going on back there and if a patient asks you, you should definitely go and find out. How lazy! I normally wouldnt care, but Ive been fasting all morning. Hopefully I wont have to come back. If I do, I will ask to be sent to another location where they actually care.

Doctor said I could go there no appointment needed. Envision called me no less than three times to make sure I went in. Telling me again no appointment needed. So I go in; fight I-35w construction traffic to go my closest Envision office. "We arent doing chest x-rays here today. You can go to Southlake." Must be nice to have disposable time. This is an imaging center basically inside a hospital. Why cant they do a simple chest x-ray? Moral of the story...double and triple check they can see you when they say they can.

Affordable, clean, professional, friendly. Did I mention affordable? Saved us hundreds compared to outpatient cost (350 vs 30). Also, we took our toddler and the tech was amazing, first take and that was it, we were in and out in 15 minutes including paperwork and all. This place is top notch.

I arrived and the exterior door was locked. I called and the tech came out to bring me in. I filled out my paper work and my appointment was for 7:45 PM. They brought me back to the imaging room at 7:47 PM by 8:40 PM I was done with the whole imaging process.

Give yourself plenty of time!!!! Just sat in there for 2 hours and ended up having to reschedule. They do not value peoples time at all!!! Would recommend going to another imaging place if you can.

Arrived 15 mins early, staff was friendly and energetic, and I was in and out within 45 mins with CD of MRI and all. Great service!
