This place is a joke. concentra might as well be a hand full of of neighborhood 5 year olds with play doctor kits. The Doctor (and I use that term very loosely in this case) not only didnt seem to know how to treat a simple itchy rash but also tried to completely disregard my other complaints about insomnia and short term opiate withdrawal symptoms relief. When I brought it up he tried to say that he wouldnt prescribe pain killers. Even though on the triage paperwork I very clearly said I am not trying to get painkillers. Then I explained why I was withdrawing and he said he would be able to give me something for the withdrawal and insomnia. When I got my scripts he wrote for benadryl and cipro. I asked the assistant about the script for the insomnia and withdrawal and she asked the doc. He then flipped the script and said he wasnt going to write anything for either. So basically he lied to me. And told me to go see a dermatologist for a rash. I am not a Dr but I find it hard to swallow that there isnt some kind of shot that can be given to help with a rash. Or some kind of script that is stronger than benadryl. Especially considering I have already taken that which has not helped.. Long and short of this is... I have been here twice and have received the same level of care (or lack thereof) both times. So if you are considering this place, stop. Just go elsewhere l. There is a Baylor hospital near by with a top notch ER and great staff for their ER.

Went in from a referral from another clinic to do a test and fill out some paperwork for an ADA accommodations claim with my workplace. The receptionist treated me like I was an idiot for listening to a doctor and proceeded to belittle me over it instead of a simple "unfortunately we cant do that test here". Wasted enough time that I missed the window another office had that wouldve gotten the paperwork done today and now have to miss a second week of work to go to my appointment and get this fixed. I say let the other one star reviews speak for this place and avoid it. Find a hospital nearby with a good ER or go to a minor emergency or other walk in clinic if you cant get an appointment somewhere. Ill be filing complaints with their corporate office and the BBB over their rude staff.

I found this location because I have Aetna insurance. I wish I would have read the reviews first. When I walked in I was not even greeted with a hello. A man cut in front of me to talk to the receptionist when I was in line first. She continued to ignore me. When the other receptionist asked me how she can help me I told her that I had food poisoning for two days. Neither receptionist cared or even had the energy to pretend to care about me. The only response I got was that it would be a two hour wait. I was in pain so I could not wait that long. I went home and researched for another walk in clinic. I was surprised in the difference how I was treated. I was welcomed at the Walgreens Clinic on Green Oaks. I was even told to "feel better" by the phone receptionist.

Went there about 2 weeks ago for my DOT physical renewal. Everything was fine till the Doctor came in. Dont remember his name but he obviously didnt know how to do his job. Asked me if I knew what bmi was. Wasnt sure. He tried to tell me what it was but admitted he didnt know. When it came to my medical card, he first days he has to give me a 3 month card due to sleep apnea. Then without warning he then said he couldnt give me a card and I was now disqualified. I was to supposed to receive some paperwork to take back to my company showing I had been disqualified. He refused to give me anything in writing. Next time Ill visit a different Concentra location. Hopefully the next one I visit will have its act together.

Excellent service! I was a walk-in patient without an appointment who arrived shortly before they closed. The staff was polite, caring and competent. The friendly medical assistant was quickly able to see me (wait time of less than 10 minutes after my initial paperwork was finished), took a thorough history and vitals, and passed me nearly immediately on to the physician. The physician who saw me asked detailed questions, listened to my answers, and gave me a thorough exam. He was very knowledgable and also very friendly. Much better experience than the ER (if you are cash paying or have insurance). I highly recommend this location for urgent care services.

SCAM ALERT! Went here for DOT Physical. Doctor said I needed to be tested for sleep apnea and gave me a 6 month card. Got sleep study done and results were negative. Brought results back to clinic and they refused to reissue full medical card as they are required to by law. So they tell me I have to wait until 6 month card expires, then pay for a new DOT Physical. The doctor was rude in the first place. Dont waste your time or money here. Checking to see if legal action can be taken here. It is my belief that they are involved in scamming truck drivers into paying for multiple physicals.

Everyone at this facility was rude to me and treated me like an idiot. The woman at the front desk didnt know how to process my insurance and somehow made it out to be my fault? Then the doctor implied that I was a hypochondriac and sent me on my way with some mild symptomatic relief. Two days later I was in the ER coughing up blood. If you need after-hours care, do yourself a favor and drive to CareNow in Lake Worth. You might wait a little longer, but the people there will actually listen to your concerns.

Better than a few private practices Ive visited. I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting room was clean and updated. The receptionist was polite. The wait wasnt too bad. The nurse and doctor were personable and thorough. The biggest surprise- I got a follow up phone call to check on me! My own primary care doctor doesnt do that. I highly recommend.

This place is a joke. The lady that did my physical was very rude. Took 3 hours to do a physical. Everybody that works there seems to be very impatient and rude. After my physical I waited an hour and a half just to get the paperwork so I could leave. Hole in the wall shoestring inefficient operation

I needed a pre-employment drug screen and was sent to Concentra. My wait was short, only a few minutes. Everyone was professional and efficient. Alex, the RT Supervisor, was thorough explaining the process of collecting the specimen. He was friendly and easy going while being professional.
